Position: Social Media Manager – Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Reporting To: CEO / Business Head / Marketing Head

Role Objective

To manage Varth Capital’s digital presence and generate, capture, and distribute quality business leads to each branch through social media and WhatsApp platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Varth Capital’s Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp platforms.
- Create regular posts, reels, stories, videos and customer-focused content.
- Engage customer and dealer databases through WhatsApp Groups, Broadcasts and Social Media.
- Generate leads through organic and paid digital campaigns.
- Capture and maintain complete lead data, including customer details, location, vehicle and finance requirements.
- Allocate leads to the respective branch and coordinate with Branch Managers/Sales Teams.
- Track leads from Enquiry → Follow-up → Login → Sanction → Disbursement.
- Maintain branch-wise Digital Lead MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with branches for customer testimonials, vehicle delivery videos, success stories and promotional content.
- Monitor social media reach, engagement, enquiries and lead conversion.




- Build a scalable digital marketing system to support Varth Capital’s expansion from 5–6 branches to 10+ branches.

Preferred Experience

2–5 years, preferably in Finance/NBFC, Automobile, Pre-Owned Vehicle, Insurance or other lead-generation businesses.

To make Social Media a consistent Business Lead Generation Channel for every Varth Capital branch.
