A robot programmer writes, tests, and optimizes software and logic code to operate industrial or collaborative robotic systems safely and efficiently in manufacturing and automation environments. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities
- Programming & Path Teaching: Write, configure, and teach precise robot movement paths, motion planning, and coordinates (TCP setup, user frames) using teach pendants or offline simulation tools. [1, 2, 3]
- System Integration: Connect and interface robots with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), safety interlocks, human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and peripheral field devices like sensors or welders. [1]
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct virtual simulations, on-site troubleshooting, debugging, and dry-run trials to validate system functionality before full production deployment. [1, 2]
- Optimization: Fine-tune cycle times, payload configurations, and operational parameters to maximize workplace productivity and ensure consistent output quality. [1, 2]
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
