Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Associate Director – Talent Acquisition to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Coding operations.
The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to US Healthcare RCM and Coding hiring, including leadership, managerial, specialist, and high-volume operational requirements. The role will be responsible for driving recruitment strategy, managing hiring teams, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring delivery within defined TAT and quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business growth plans and workforce requirements.
- Lead recruitment for US Healthcare RCM, Medical Coding, AR, Denials, Billing, Claims, Payment Posting, and related functions.
- Build scalable recruitment strategies for both volume hiring and niche/specialized positions.
- Own hiring plans, recruitment forecasts, capacity planning, and recruitment budgets.
RCM & Coding Hiring
- Manage hiring across various levels, including Associates, Senior Associates, SMEs, Team Leaders, Managers, and senior leadership positions.
- Drive specialized hiring for Medical Coding, HCC, Risk Adjustment, ICD/CPT/HCPCS, DRG, ED Coding, IP/OP Coding, and other healthcare coding functions.
- Handle recruitment for RCM processes such as Accounts Receivable, Denials Management, Billing, Claims Processing, Payment Posting, Charge Entry, and Patient Financial Services.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the US Healthcare talent market and availability of skilled RCM/Coding professionals.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve recruitment targets and business objectives.
- Define individual and team KRAs, productivity metrics, and recruitment goals.
- Monitor recruiter performance and ensure adherence to recruitment processes and quality standards.
- Build a high-performance and accountable recruitment culture.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with Business Heads, Operations Leaders, HRBPs, and Senior Management to understand manpower requirements.
- Act as a strategic recruitment advisor to business stakeholders.
- Conduct regular hiring reviews and provide updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market intelligence.
- Manage expectations around hiring TAT, quality, compensation, and candidate availability.
Recruitment Delivery & Metrics
- Ensure timely closure of positions within agreed TAT and recruitment SLAs.
- Monitor key recruitment metrics such as:
- Time to Hire
- Time to Fill
- Offer-to-Join Ratio
- Source Effectiveness
- Cost per Hire
- Candidate Quality
- Recruitment Productivity
- Attrition / Early Dropout
- Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to improve recruitment efficiency.
Sourcing & Employer Branding
- Develop multiple sourcing channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, walk-ins, job fairs, social media, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical RCM and Coding positions.
- Partner with the HR team to strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
- Drive innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-find healthcare talent.
Vendor & Agency Management
- Manage recruitment vendors and consultants for specialized and volume hiring requirements.
- Negotiate and monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and vendor guidelines.
Candidate Requirements
- 12–18 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Strong experience in US Healthcare RCM and/or Medical Coding recruitment is mandatory.
- Prior experience managing large-scale recruitment teams and volume hiring.
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM processes and Medical Coding profiles.
- Experience hiring across junior, mid-management, and leadership positions.
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment targets, TATs, and multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to present recruitment metrics to senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a BPO/KPO, Healthcare, RCM, or Medical Coding organization will be preferred.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related specialization is preferred.
