What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of experience in overseas recruitment, international placements or manpower recruitment.
- Proven experience in building and scaling international recruitment/placement business.
- Strong existing network of international employers, recruitment agencies and placement partners.
- Proven ability to identify new countries, sectors and overseas job opportunities.
- Strong experience in employer acquisition, business development and partnership building.
- Hands-on understanding of end-to-end recruitment, visa and deployment processes.
- Strong commercial mindset, with experience handling revenue, targets and profitability.
- Calicut-based or willing to relocate to Calicut; full-time on-site role.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
