Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and target-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment, is strong in sourcing, and can independently manage the hiring lifecycle from candidate identification to onboarding. _______________________________________________________________________________________________

Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai – Near Chakala Metro Station

Company: Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. Ltd.

Working Days: All Sundays fixed weekly off + 2nd & 4th Saturday off.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.

● Source candidates through multiple channels and continuously optimize sourcing channels for better quality and hiring efficiency.

● Develop strategic sourcing plans based on the requirements and positions assigned.

● Handle PAN India recruitment across various functions and locations.

● Conduct candidate screening, interviews, assessments and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.

● Work closely with the Hiring Manager, Understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.

● Handle leadership and senior-level hiring as required.

● Maintain accurate and timely candidate information, activity and recruitment updates in Zoho Recruit (ATS).

● Manage and track the recruitment funnel from sourcing to joining.

● Co-ordinate from sourcing-to-selection and selection-to-joining formalities.

● Work towards monthly recruitment targets and achievement goals.

● Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Key Requirements:





● Solid experience in candidate sourcing and talent hunting.

● Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards and achieve monthly recruitment targets.

● Experience working with and optimising multiple sourcing channels.

● Strong candidate screening, interviewing and evaluation skills.

● Comfortable working with an ATS, with strong attention to recruitment data and process discipline.

● Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.

● Leadership / senior-level hiring experience will be an added advantage.

● Most importantly, a genuine passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.

● Minimum 3 years of experience in hiring.
