RESIDENT MEDICAL OFFICER (RMO)

Job Summary:
Nirmal Super Speciality Hospital is looking for a responsible and dedicated Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to provide round-the-clock medical care, monitor admitted patients, coordinate with consultants, and ensure smooth clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage admitted patients on a regular basis.
- Conduct patient rounds and assess changes in clinical condition.
- Take complete patient history and perform physical examinations.
- Initiate appropriate treatment as per hospital protocols and consultant advice.
- Coordinate with consultants and specialist doctors regarding patient care.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate management.
- Monitor vital signs, investigations, medications, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records and documentation.
- Prepare admission notes, progress notes, discharge summaries, and referral notes.




- Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding treatment and clinical updates.
- Ensure proper implementation of hospital infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
- Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and other departments.
- Ensure proper handover of patients between shifts.
- Escalate critical cases and abnormal findings to the concerned consultant promptly.

Eligibility:

- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid registration with the State Medical Council / NMC.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Positive clinical knowledge and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle emergency situations.
