An Immigration Counselor guides clients through the complex process of moving, studying, or working abroad by identifying the best visa pathways and ensuring legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Consultation & Profile Assessment

- Meet with prospective clients (in-person, via phone, or email) to review their education, work history, language scores, and financial standing.
- Evaluate eligibility for various immigration programs, such as study visas, permanent residency (PR), work permits, and tourist visas.
- Recommend the most viable visa pathways and provide ethical, transparent advice regarding their chances of success.

2. Application & Documentation Assistance

- Guide clients through collecting, completing, and organizing required immigration paperwork.
- Meticulously review background documents, forms, and financial statements to ensure absolute accuracy and eliminate discrepancies before submission.




- Coordinate with internal processing or legal teams to ensure error-free visa filing within government-mandated timelines.

3. Sales & Lead Conversion

- Manage incoming queries and follow up with potential leads to meet monthly target enrollments.
- Pitch the firm’s immigration services, prepare fee structures, and convert inquiries into active, paid clients.

4. Compliance & Policy Tracking

- Continuously research and stay up-to-date with changing global immigration laws, travel policies, and university admission guidelines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive personal data using CRM systems and database tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
