Electrical Engineer – NPD

- B.Tech/B.E. – Electrical/Electronics: 1–2 Years
- Diploma – Electrical/Electronics: 4–5 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer – NPD with hands-on experience in EV 2-wheeler electrical systems. The candidate will be responsible for electrical integration, motor/controller tuning, wiring harness development, CAN communication, IoT/telematics integration, testing, troubleshooting, and power optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Motor and controller tuning for vehicle performance and efficiency.
- Vehicle-level electrical integration and testing.
- Wiring harness development, routing, connectors, fuses, and relays.
- CAN communication implementation and troubleshooting.
- Integration of BMS, motor controller, DC-DC converter, charger, display, IoT, and sensors.
- Electrical validation, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Prepare wiring diagrams, BOMs,



test reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with NPD, Mechanical, Firmware, and other cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of EV 2-wheeler electrical architecture.
- Hands-on experience with BLDC/PMSM motors and controllers.
- Knowledge of motor/controller tuning and calibration.
- Practical knowledge of CAN communication and debugging.
- Experience in EV wiring harness design and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of BMS, DC-DC converters, chargers, displays, IoT, and sensors.

Qualification:
B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with relevant experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
