Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Accounts Intern to support our day-to-day financial operations and procurement activities. This internship is ideal for candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, finance operations, vendor coordination, and inventory management within a technology startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and financial record maintenance.
- Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and reimbursement management.
- Help with bank reconciliations and maintaining financial data accuracy.
- Assist in preparing basic financial and operational reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, and follow-ups.
- Support procurement activities for components, raw materials, and office requirements.




- Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and inventory updates.
- Assist in documentation for GST, TDS, and audit-related processes.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of finance-related documents.
- Support the operations team with administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with Zoho Books or accounting tools is an added advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
