Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, bookkeeping, financial records, and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Handle invoicing, billing, and ledger maintenance.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records in Tally/Tally Prime.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other accounting-related compliance.
- Prepare basic MIS and financial reports.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Maintain proper financial documents and records.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients,
and internal teams regarding accounts-related matters.
Requirements
- B.Com/M.Com or relevant accounting qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
- Valuable numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
