1% Realtors Club is India's fastest-growing real estate business ecosystem — mentorship, marketing, and a premium business community. We're looking for an Executive Assistant to the Founder to run the back-end of a fast-growing brand: own operations, keep clients delighted, and keep everything moving while we scale. A high-trust role with direct access to the founder.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Client onboarding, journey management and communication

- Invoicing, documentation and back-office operations

- Coordination with delivery partners and internal teams

- Founder's task management, follow-ups and calendar

- Content coordination (scheduling, captions, ops)

- Systems building: SOPs, trackers, processes

WHO THIS IS FOR

- You figure things out — Google, AI, calls, whatever it takes

- You've worn many hats and actually liked it





- You're discreet, sharp, and take ownership without being asked

- You care about your work, not just your paycheck

SKILLS

Notion / Google Workspace / Canva / WhatsApp Business, strong written English + Hindi, basic AI tools, invoicing & admin basics.

GROWTH PATH

In 6 months you could run ops for the ecosystem; in 12, Head of Operations. A career, not a job.

COMPENSATION

Fixed Rs 15,000-25,000/month (based on experience) + quarterly bonus up to Rs 20,000 + revenue-linked upgrades as we scale. Tuesday-Sunday, 10 AM-7 PM. Fully remote.
