Your work profile
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Anaplan solutions across multiple project engagements.
- Lead project delivery and ensure successful execution of Anaplan implementations.
- Engage with senior client stakeholders, manage client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Drive sprint planning, solution design, customer demonstrations, and user training sessions.
- Manage project financials, resource planning, recruitment, and team learning & development initiatives.
- Improve delivery efficiency and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions.
Key skills required
- 4-5+ years of hands-on experience in Anaplan model development, solution design, and implementation.
- Any Graduate
- Strong experience in leading end-to-end Anaplan projects.
- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
- Proven experience in sprint management, solution workshops, and customer training.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, leadership, time management, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering FP&A; (Financial Planning & Analysis) and Supply Chain Planning use cases on Anaplan.
- Anaplan Solution Architect Certification (mandatory/preferred based on hiring criteria).
- Consulting and project management experience will be an added advantage.
