About Us

I Support Foundation is a centre dedicated to supporting children with autism and other developmental needs through therapy, special education, and family guidance. We are expanding in Agra and are looking for a patient, dedicated Special Educator to join our team.

As a Special Educator, you will help children with autism and other developmental needs learn, grow, and become more independent through structured, individualized teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver one-on-one and small group sessions for children with autism and other developmental needs

- Create and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on each child's needs

- Teach academic, communication, social, and daily living skills

- Track each child's progress and prepare regular progress reports

- Work closely with therapists, psychologists, and ABA team members

- Guide and counsel parents,



and share home-practice activities

- Maintain accurate session notes and student records

Qualifications

- B.Ed. / D.Ed. in Special Education (RCI registration preferred)

- Freshers with a genuine interest in working with children are welcome to apply

- Prior experience with autism or special needs is an advantage

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, both written and verbal

- Patient, creative, and passionate about working with children
