Vacancies: 1 Receptionist | 1 Customer Relation Executive (CRE – Sales)
We are looking for a presentable, friendly, and well-communicating Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors at the showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Attend to customer enquiries and provide basic information.
- Maintain visitor and customer records.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments for customer assistance.
- Manage reception area and ensure a skilled showroom experience.
- Perform basic administrative and front-office duties.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and presentable personality.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Candidates living near Malappuram / Melmuri / Konompara are preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
