Role Description - The candidate will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing the entire funding side of the NBFC, ensuring availability of capital at optimal cost, through diversified sources, and of aligned tenors.

This is a hands-on role requiring both:

1. Execution

- Raise funds through multiple channels including Bank term loans & working capital lines ; NCD issuances (private placement primarily) ; Commercial Papers (as scale increases) ; Inter-corporate loans / structured funding
- Execute borrowing transactions including term loans, working capital lines, NCDs, and structured products
- Manage end-to-end deal lifecycle: pitching, deal structuring, negotiations, documentation, and closures
- Ensure timely availability of funds to support business growth

2. Strategy : Build the Liability Franchise (0 Scale)

- Create the complete funding strategy from scratch aligned with business expansion
- Identify and activate key funding channels:
- Banks & NBFC lenders
- Mutual funds & debt investors
- HNIs / Family offices (via structured products / NCDs)
- Build a repeatable and scalable borrowing program

Candidate Profile

MBA / CA with 3 years + relevant experience in raising funds through diverse channels.
