Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist with 1–2 years of experience in industrial, metal, iron & steel, oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing industries.

The candidate will support the sales team with order processing, sales coordination, customer communication, documentation, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales operations. The role requires valuable coordination with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth order and sales processes.

Candidates with relevant experience in industrial products, metal, steel, engineering products, industrial equipment, or related B2B industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day sales support to the Sales and Business Development teams.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding orders, quotations, and delivery requirements.
- Assist with sales orders, order processing, documentation, and order-related follow-ups.
- Track order status and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending requirements, documents, and order updates.
- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Sales teams as required.
- Maintain sales records, customer information, quotations, orders, and related documentation.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports using MS Excel.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, commercial documents, and other sales-related information.
- Identify delays or issues in the sales process and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Monitor pending orders,



customer requirements, and sales activities.
- Support the sales team in maintaining accurate and updated customer records.
- Help improve sales coordination and order management processes.
- Respond to routine customer and sales team queries and provide timely support.

Required Industry Experience

Experience in B2B sales support, industrial sales coordination, order management, or sales operations will be an advantage.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, Order Processing, or a similar role.
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, metal, steel, or related B2B industry is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Experience in preparing quotations, sales orders, reports, and sales documentation.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and customers.
- Good problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
