Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our telecom and communication solutions, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Introduce and explain company products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Update lead status regularly in CRM/lead management systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain a professional relationship with prospects and existing customers.





Required Skills:

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation.
- Ability to handle customer objections and questions.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or lead-management tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Experience:

- 0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred:

- Experience in Telecom, VoIP, ISP, IT, SaaS, BPO, or technology sales is an advantage.
- Knowledge of B2B sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
