Position: Quality Manager

Qualification: Degree in Food Technology or related field
Salary: 20k-35k per month

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to manage quality control activities and ensure food products meet required quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day quality control activities in the food production unit.
- Monitor raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, FSSAI, and food safety standards.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain necessary records and documentation.
- Identify quality issues and take corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to maintain quality standards.
- Support audits, inspections,



and continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in the FMCG industry.
- Qualification in Food Technology or related field.
- Good knowledge of HACCP and GMP is mandatory.
- Knowledge of FSSAI and food safety practices.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
