We are looking for an experienced Operations Head to oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily business operations.
- Oversee operational activities and ensure process efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor staff performance, productivity, and operational standards.
- Implement and improve operational processes and procedures.
- Handle inventory, stock,
and operational coordination.
- Prepare and review operational reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
- MBA qualification.
- 10–15 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role.
- Prior experience in the Retail industry is preferred.
- Solid leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
