URGENT HIRING | QUALITY MANAGER

Industry: Leading Manufacturing Company

Location: Metoda, Rajkot (Gujarat)

Position: Quality Manager

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Relevant Experience

Salary: Up to ₹50,000/- Per Month

Job Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Wednesday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and implement quality procedures, specifications & safety guidelines.
- Monitor production lines and inspect final products to ensure quality standards.
- Implement and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- Conduct internal audits and support preparation for IATF 16949 certification.
- Identify root causes of product defects and customer complaints.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
- Monitor quality data and use statistical tools to track and reduce defects.
- Train, guide and manage Quality Engineers / Inspectors.




- Prepare quality reports and present quality performance to management.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Internal Auditing.
- Understanding of IATF 16949 requirements.
- Strong Root Cause Analysis & Problem-Solving skills.
- Valuable knowledge of quality tools and statistical techniques.
- Quick decision-making and corrective action ability.
