Location- Pune- Hadapsar

Key Responsibilities:

- Windows 11 with strong technical skill to install, configure and troubleshoot operating system issues by analysing System Event logs/ system behaviour and / or performing various updates/ upgrades instead of just formatting the machine. Access Registry and various common Registry settings.
- Skilled enough to diagnose the hardware issues specific to Desktop, Laptop, Printers, and Scanners. Call log skill with Third party vendors.
- Troubleshooting skill on Microsoft Outlook 2007/ 2013 and MS Outlook 2016 & Licensing knowledge (Advantage, features etc.)
- Ticket categorization, Work-log update, SLA/ Ticket monitoring in terms on Assigned, Work-in progress, Pending etc. Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now, Remedy, Jira, etc). also Remote tools awareness.
- Windows OS troubleshooting (OS Upgradation, BIOS, Firmware etc.)
- Support network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).




- Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and remote desktop tools.
- System level compliance parameter understanding & troubleshooting (SCCM, Antivirus, Windows Version, etc.)
- Troubleshooting on system level for Group policy, System performance issue, Mailbox Storage full, Disk space issues etc.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
