Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer with strong experience in schematic design, PCB design, embedded hardware development, debugging, validation, and product development.

The candidate should be capable of independently developing electronic hardware from requirement analysis through design, prototyping, validation, and production release.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design embedded electronic products from concept to production.
- Develop schematics and multilayer PCB designs.
- Perform component selection, circuit design, board bring-up, and validation.
- Design hardware using STM32, ESP32, ARM, ATmega, and similar platforms.
- Integrate UART, I²C, SPI, USB, RS485, CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LTE, GNSS, and LoRa.
- Design power-management, protection, sensor, and communication circuits.
- Perform hardware testing, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Support prototype builds, production testing, and engineering changes.
- Work closely with firmware, mechanical, manufacturing, sourcing, and quality teams.
- Maintain schematics, PCB files, BOMs, Gerbers, and technical documentation.

PCB & Schematic Design Skills:

- Robust schematic capture and circuit design skills.
- Experience with 2-layer, 4-layer, and multilayer PCB design.
- PCB placement, routing, stack-up, grounding, and power-plane design.
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, differential routing,



EMI/EMC, and thermal design.
- Experience with analog, digital, mixed-signal, power, sensor, and communication circuits.
- Familiarity with Altium Designer, OrCAD/Allegro, KiCad, or equivalent tools.

Hardware Debugging Skills:

- Strong board bring-up and troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, programmable power supplies, and electronic loads.
- Ability to identify power, communication, noise, thermal, and component-level failures.
- Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving capability.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:

- IoT and embedded products
- ESP32 / STM32-based designs
- LTE / GNSS and wireless communication products
- Sensors and industrial electronics
- Power-management products
- Motor-control systems
- Data acquisition and monitoring devices
- Development boards and electronic modules

Qualification:

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation, Embedded Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

4+ years of hands-on experience in hardware design and electronic product development.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
