Position: Tele Collection Executive – Tamil Voice Process
Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary & Benefits:
- CTC: ₹17,000 per month
- Take-home salary: ₹14,500 per month
- Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 based on performance

Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers through telephone regarding pending payments/dues.
- Follow up with customers and provide payment-related information.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers.
- Achieve assigned collection and calling targets.
- Update customer interaction and payment follow-up details.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Eligibility:
- Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good Tamil communication skills required
- Basic customer-handling and communication skills
- Candidates willing to work from the Chennai office

- 10th & 12th Marksheet
- UG Marksheet (if applicable)
- Aadhaar Card
