The Associate Agency Development Manager will play a pivotal role in building and managing a team of insurance agents to drive sales and foster business growth. This position involves recruiting, training, and mentoring agents, as well as developing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing relationships with agents, ensuring compliance with company regulations, and providing ongoing support to enhance their performance. The role requires collaboration with various departments to implement marketing initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard new agents to build a robust sales team.




- Train and mentor agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve set sales targets.
- Monitor agent performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
- Foster solid relationships with agents to ensure their engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans as needed.
