Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead and oversee architectural activities for real estate projects in Himachal Pradesh. The candidate will be responsible for design coordination, project planning, drawings, site coordination, and ensuring that architectural work is executed as per approved plans and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review architectural designs, plans, layouts, and working drawings.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, and other project teams.

- Manage architectural requirements from concept and planning through execution.

- Review drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable regulations.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor architectural execution and resolve design-related issues.

- Ensure projects remain aligned with approved designs, timelines, and quality standards.

- Review and approve architectural drawings, material specifications, and design details.





- Identify design challenges and provide practical solutions during project execution.

- Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, approvals, and project-related architectural records.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.

- Proven experience as an Architect / Senior Architect, preferably in the real estate, construction, hospitality, residential, or commercial projects

- Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction processes, and site execution.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant architectural/design software.

- Good understanding of building regulations, construction standards, and approval processes.

- Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.

- Willingness to travel to and work at Himachal Pradesh project sites as required.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
