About the Role

We sell products online and are looking for someone to handle daily orders, coordinate dispatch, and follow up on deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

- Check new orders and verify customer details.
- Process orders and print shipping labels.
- Coordinate with the packing team to dispatch orders on time.
- Track shipments and follow up on delayed deliveries.
- Call customers to confirm orders or correct address details when needed.
- Contact courier support to resolve delivery issues.
- Update order, return, and stock details in Google Sheets.

Requirements

- Basic computer and internet knowledge.




- Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel.
- Positive Hindi communication skills and basic English reading skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Ability to follow instructions and check details carefully.
