Job Responsibilities:
Independently handle Clean Room, Laboratory and Warehouse MEP fit-out projects as Lead Engineer.
Oversee MEP installations while ensuring quality, safety and efficiency.
Handle site coordination and resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.
Prepare project reports and manage resource optimization.
Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to approved drawings.
Manage construction sequence and site activities.
Plan and track project schedules.
Handle bill checking and certification.
Coordinate commissioning and qualification activities for Clean Room and Pharma projects.
Prepare project documentation using MS Office.
Use AutoCAD for drawings and project documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
Robust MEP site execution experience.
Experience in Clean Room, Laboratory or Pharma projects will be preferred.
Good site coordination and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of commissioning and qualification activities for Clean Room and Pharma projects.
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD.
