Assign and Distribute everyday allocations to DAs and ensue TAT adherence

Guide the UDS team, including workload allocation and daily prioritization.

Act as the process SME and support the team with process related queries and complex cases.

Monitor Quality, reopens, rejections, backlog and maintain Gsheet on every day basis.

Perform RCA for quality/TAT issues and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with Internal stakeholders and provide regular process updates.

Should perform partial QC and maintain the quality standards

Collaborate in Conducting training, refresher sessions and support new hire onboarding.

Collaborate in Maintaining process documentation, SOPs and operational trackers.

Should have prior SME/SPOC or team handling experience in operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
