Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding clients’ property requirements, presenting suitable projects, conducting property/site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, referrals, networking, digital leads, and other channels.
- Understand customers’ budgets, preferences, and property requirements.
- Present and explain available residential/commercial properties and investment opportunities.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate with clients and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and documentation/finance teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay updated on property projects, market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
- Previous experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobile, or other sales roles is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
