Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telesales Executive to drive real estate sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong ability to communicate to describe projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping to Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in negotiations and deal closures.
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing strategies.
- Maintain records and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of real estate trends and legal requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/ Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in luxury or commercial real estate.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
