Job Summary

Horizon Prime Hospital is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads to drive qualified patient enquiries and improve digital campaign performance across hospital services.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Search and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and develop relevant ad copies and negative keyword lists.
- Run lead-generation campaigns for doctors, specialties, treatments, and surgeries.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and overall account performance.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4 and GTM.
- Analyze landing pages and ad performance to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor CPL, CTR, conversions, lead quality, and campaign ROI.




- Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure campaigns comply with applicable Google Ads and healthcare advertising policies.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / Performance Marketing.
- Strong understanding of Search and Performance Max campaigns.
- Good knowledge of keyword research, bidding, budgeting, ad copy, and conversion optimization.
- Proficiency in GA4 and GTM.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data and lead quality.
- Healthcare advertising experience will be an advantage.
