Requirements:
✔ Candidates currently residing in Mysuru or willing to work from Mysuru only
✔ Minimum 15+ years of HR experience
✔ Proven experience in independently handling complete HR functions from A to Z
✔ Robust knowledge of Recruitment, Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Labour Laws, Employee Relations, and HR Operations.
✔ Experience in managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
✔ MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources preferred
