Elite Power Corporations is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our customer base in the solar energy sector.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, along with proven experience in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
- Generate leads, develop client relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline activities, and team productivity.
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and project teams to ensure smooth customer handovers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Conduct client meetings, follow up on quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.




- Build long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial or team-leading role.
- Experience in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, or related industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a team and achieve sales targets.
- Good customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools is an advantage.
