About the Role

LR Energy Private Limited is looking for experienced Senior Engineers to support engineering review, site execution, contractor coordination, inspection, testing and commissioning activities for Compressed Biogas (CBG) projects under a PMC/EPC environment.

Candidates should have relevant experience in industrial EPC/PMC or process-plant projects and strong discipline-specific technical exposure.

Key ResponsibilitiesSenior Engineer – Electrical

- Review electrical drawings, SLDs, calculations, specifications and contractor/vendor submissions.
- Review and monitor HT/LT systems, MCCs, transformers, cabling and associated electrical systems.
- Monitor site installation and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate inspections, testing and pre-commissioning activities.
- Resolve technical queries in coordination with contractors, vendors and senior engineering teams.
- Track electrical progress, technical comments and punch-point closure.
- Support commissioning, handover and final project documentation.

Senior Engineer – Mechanical

- Review equipment layouts,



datasheets, specifications and mechanical engineering documents.
- Monitor erection and installation of mechanical/process equipment.
- Coordinate inspections, alignment, quality checks and testing activities.
- Review contractor and vendor technical submissions.
- Resolve site-related technical issues, deviations and interface concerns.
- Coordinate with piping, civil, electrical and instrumentation disciplines.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning, punch-point closure and handover documentation.

Senior Engineer – Piping

- Review P&IDs;, piping layouts, isometrics, supports and related engineering documents.
- Monitor piping fabrication, erection and installation activities.
- Verify field routing, support arrangements and execution against approved drawings.
- Review contractor/vendor submissions and technical comments.
- Coordinate inspections, hydrotest readiness and testing activities.
- Resolve piping-related site queries and multidisciplinary interface issues.
- Track punch points, testing records and as-built documentation.
- Support pre-commissioning, commissioning and project handover.

Required Industry Experience

Candidates should have relevant engineering/project execution experience in one or more of the following industries:

- CBG / Compressed Biogas
- Biogas / Bio-CNG / Biomethane
- Waste-to-Energy




- Oil & Gas
- Refinery
- Petrochemical
- Fertilizer
- Chemical / Process Plants
- Renewable Energy process plants
- Gas pipelines or similar industrial EPC/PMC projects

Direct experience in CBG, Biogas, Bio-CNG or Waste-to-Energy projects will be strongly preferred.

Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to residential/commercial construction, building MEP, real estate, automotive, general manufacturing or routine maintenance without relevant industrial EPC/PMC or process-project exposure may not be suitable for this role.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong exposure to industrial EPC, PMC or process-plant projects.
- Experience reviewing engineering drawings, technical documents and contractor/vendor submissions.
- Hands-on exposure to site execution, inspections, testing and commissioning.
- Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong technical problem-solving and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in office in Gurugram and support project/site requirements as needed.
