Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and technically strong professionals with 4–11 years of experience across Renewable Energy, Solar, BESS, Power Trading, Energy Consulting, Project Management, PMC/EPC, Technical Due Diligence, and/or City Gas Distribution (CGD).

The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge, analytical capabilities, project execution experience, and the ability to work with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, vendors, utilities, lenders, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct feasibility studies, technical assessments, due diligence and techno-commercial evaluations for energy and infrastructure projects.
- Support design, engineering, planning, execution and commissioning of renewable energy projects.
- Manage PMC, Owner's Engineer and EPC activities, including schedule, cost, quality, safety and contractor management.
- Undertake technical due diligence of solar, hybrid renewable energy and BESS projects.
- Develop and review technical specifications, BOQs, RFPs, tender documents, drawings and project reports.
- Evaluate EPC contractors, OEMs, vendors and technology providers and support technical/commercial negotiations.
- Perform solar energy yield assessments, performance analysis and project optimization.
- Support detailed design of solar PV, hybrid RE and BESS systems, including BESS sizing, PCS/EMS selection and degradation analysis.




- Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for yield enhancement, cost optimization and operational improvement.
- Support power procurement and trading activities, including IEX markets, open access and energy-cost optimization, wherever applicable.
- Support CGD/pipeline planning, network design, EPC quality monitoring and project execution, wherever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with applicable CERC/SERC, PNGRB, grid codes, technical standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare technical reports, MIS, dashboards, savings analyses, feasibility reports and client presentations.
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, investors, utilities, DISCOMs, EPC contractors, OEMs and other stakeholders.
- Use digital tools, project-monitoring platforms, satellite data and other technology-enabled solutions for project monitoring.
- Travel to project sites and client locations as required.

Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Chemical or related engineering disciplines.
- M.Tech / MBA in Energy, Finance, Power Management or related fields will be an added advantage.
- 4–11 years of relevant industry experience.

Regulatory & Domain Knowledge

Candidates should have a good understanding of relevant regulations, standards and market mechanisms, including:

- CERC / SERC regulations
- Renewable energy policies and grid codes
- Power market and IEX mechanisms
- Open access regulations
- BESS and energy-storage regulations
- PNGRB regulations and pipeline standards
- Solar PV and electrical safety standards

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
