Job Description

We are looking for a detail-driven Sales Coordinator to manage order processing, sales MIS reporting, and distributor coordination for our FMCG business based in Cuttack. You will serve as the operational backbone between our office, field sales team, and distribution partners across Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Processing: Receive, verify, and process primary/secondary orders; coordinate with logistics for timely dispatches.
- MIS & Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, target achievement, and inventory reports.
- Distributor Support: Act as the primary contact for stockists regarding billing, scheme rollouts, credit notes, and claims.
- Financial Reconciliation: Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with accounts for ledger clearances.
- Cross-Functional Link: Align closely with sales,



warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

- Experience: 1–3 years in sales coordination, inside sales, or MIS reporting within the FMCG or food products sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Any, Business Administration, or related field.
- Tech Skills: Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with ERP/Tally.
- Languages: Fluency in Odia, Hindi, and English.
