- Operations Management: Plan, organize, and supervise daily cleaning and maintenance of all guest rooms, suites, corridors, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Staff Leadership & Training: Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping personnel according to occupancy forecasts and business demands.
- Quality Control & Inspections: Conduct rigorous daily physical inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic standards comply with brand guidelines.
- Budget & Inventory Control: Manage annual departmental budgets, monitor expenses, minimize waste, and maintain optimal par levels for linens, uniforms,



chemicals, and guest amenities.
- Cross-Departmental Coordination: Partner with Front Office regarding room inventory status and VIP arrivals, and coordinate with Engineering for prompt repair and preventive maintenance requisitions.
- Administrative Compliance: Maintain accurate records for lost-and-found, safety audits, chemical storage safety (such as WHMIS/HACCP compliance), and staff attendance.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
