Cold Caller – US Market

Scale Agency is hiring a Full-Time Cold Caller to handle outbound calls to businesses in the United States.

This role is best suited for someone who is already comfortable speaking with US-based business owners and decision-makers and has previous experience with US cold calling.

Working Hours: 8 hours of work + 1 hour break
Shift: US business hours

Requirements

- Previous experience in US cold calling is strongly preferred.
- Must have clear, fluent English and be comfortable communicating naturally with US prospects.
- Must have a neutral/American-style English suitable for professional conversations with US businesses.
- Previous experience speaking with US business owners, founders or decision-makers is a strong advantage.
- Experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting or lead generation is preferred.
- Comfortable handling objections and rejection.
- Confident and professional on the phone.
- Able to have natural conversations rather than simply reading a script.
- Comfortable working independently and following a structured calling process.
- Must have a reliable internet connection, computer and good-quality headset.
- Must be comfortable working with our calling/proxy setup.
- Must be available consistently Monday to Saturday during the assigned US-market shift.





What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls to US businesses.
- Speak with business owners, founders and decision-makers.
- Understand the prospect's current situation and identify potential needs.
- Qualify prospects and book relevant sales meetings.
- Handle common objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate prospect and call records.
- Follow the company's calling framework and improve based on feedback.

The selection process includes an interview and a live cold-call role-play.

Pay: ₹30,000.28 - ₹50,000.72 per month
