About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our electric two-wheeler sales operations. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our dealer network, driving aggressive sales growth, managing regional channel partners, and ensuring timely payment collections across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dealer Network Expansion: Identify, approach, onboard, and develop high-performing dealers and channel partners in the assigned region.
- Strategic Planning: Develop territory-wise business plans and execute strategies to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Market Monitoring: Analyze market trends, track competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities for brand expansion.
- Dealer Relations & Activation: Maintain robust relationships with dealers,



conduct regular visits, and ensure consistent business generation.
- Payment Collection & Finance: Monitor outstanding dues, drive timely payment collections, and coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation.
- Reporting: Submit regular performance reports on sales, dealer activations, collections, and market activities.

Requirements & Skills:

- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in sales, channel sales, dealer management, or business development.
- Prior work experience in the EV, Automobile, or Mobility sector is strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with deep market knowledge of the assigned region.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Excel.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
