Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead enterprise application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives. The role is responsible for assessing legacy applications and infrastructure, defining modernization and migration strategies, providing architectural leadership, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple modernization PODs. The architect will collaborate with customer stakeholders, onsite SMEs, architects, and development teams to drive cloud migration, application modernization, technical governance, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical assessment and reverse engineering of legacy enterprise applications.
- Define application, framework, database, and infrastructure modernization strategies.
- Govern architecture across multiple modernization PODs.
- Review technical designs, code quality, and implementation approaches.
- Drive AWS migration and modernization best practices.
- Support technical estimation, planning, and delivery governance.
- Resolve complex architectural and technical challenges.
- Act as the primary technical interface between customers, onsite, and offshore teams.
- Present architecture recommendations, modernization strategies, and technical findings.
- Guide POD teams through design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Promote AI-assisted engineering and continuous improvement practices.
- Mentor Application Architects and Lead Developers.
