The Hostel Warden will be responsible for the overall supervision, discipline, safety, daily routine, and well-being of students staying in the hostel.

The candidate should be responsible, patient, disciplined, and comfortable working in a residential school environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being within the hostel.
- Maintain discipline and ensure students follow hostel rules and daily routines.
- Monitor student attendance, daily activities, study hours, meals, and sleeping schedules.
- Ensure students maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and personal discipline.
- Support students with their daily needs and guide them appropriately.
- Monitor hostel rooms, common areas, and other residential facilities.
- Report student-related concerns, incidents, or emergencies to the concerned authorities.
- Maintain basic hostel records and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with teachers, hostel administration, and other staff members.
- Assist in handling emergencies and ensure timely communication with the concerned team.
- Support the smooth functioning of hostel activities and student routines.
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and disciplined workplace for students.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in hostel management, residential schools, student supervision, or a similar role.
- Degree pass is mandatory.
- Age between 20–40 years.
- Responsible and disciplined approach towards student supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle students patiently and effectively.
- Comfortable working in a residential/on-campus environment.




- Willingness to stay and work in the hostel environment as per organisational requirements.

Language Requirements

Candidates should know any 2 of the following 3 languages:

- Hindi
- English
- Telugu
