Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or other digital channels.
- Respond to leads and understand customer requirements.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into customers.
- Explain digital marketing/web/SEO/social media services.
- Maintain lead and follow-up records.
