- Assist in research and development activities for recent API/products and processes.
- Conduct laboratory experiments, trials, and analytical evaluations under supervision.
- Support process optimization, yield improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, experimental data, and technical reports.
- Assist in technology transfer and scale-up activities from laboratory to pilot/production scale.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and other cross-functional teams.
- Follow applicable GMP, safety, environmental, and company procedures.
- Investigate experimental deviations and support root-cause analysis.
- Review technical literature, patents, and relevant scientific information.
- Prepare and maintain R&D; documentation, SOPs, reports, and batch/process records.
- Ensure safe handling of chemicals, equipment, and laboratory materials.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
