About the Role

We're looking for an NPD Intern to support our New Product Development team across market research, product benchmarking, sample evaluation, documentation, and product development activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to how consumer electronics products are researched, benchmarked, validated, and taken from concept to launch — while working closely with Engineering, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle physical product samples directly - unboxing, functional testing, build-quality checks, and comparison against competitor units sitting side-by-side on your desk
- Benchmark hardware products across features, specifications, materials, pricing, and user experience.
- Track competitor hardware launches, teardown reports, and market trends in consumer electronics.
- Maintain product comparison sheets, trackers, and evaluation reports.




- Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
- Use AI tools effectively for research, summaries, documentation, and faster day-to-day execution — while validating the final output.

What We Are Looking For

- Final-year student or recent graduate from Engineering or a related field.
- Robust interest in consumer electronics and product development.
- Good analytical and structured thinking.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools.
- Able to take ownership of assigned work and communicate findings clearly.
- Previous internship in product, hardware, research, or consumer electronics is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
