Property Research, SRA & Licensing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Property Research, SRA & Licensing Executive with practical experience in property research, SRA/redevelopment, land documentation and statutory approvals. The candidate will be responsible for researching properties, evaluating development potential and coordinating with legal, technical, liaison consultants and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and evaluate land, residential, commercial, SRA and redevelopment properties.
- Review 7/12, Property Card, Ferfar, Index II, Sale Deeds and title documents.
- Conduct preliminary property due diligence and feasibility research.
- Understand FSI, TDR, zoning, DP reservations, road widening and development potential.
- Research and coordinate SRA/redevelopment projects and related documentation.
- Coordinate licensing, NOCs, permissions and statutory approvals with relevant authorities.
- Liaise with PMC, SRA, PMRDA, Revenue, Town Planning and other authorities as required.
- Coordinate with legal consultants, architects, liaison consultants, surveyors,



landowners and societies.
- Conduct site visits and prepare property/research reports for management.
- Maintain proper records and trackers for properties, documents, approvals and follow-ups.

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of Pune real estate market.
- Hands-on experience in SRA / redevelopment / property research / licensing.
- Valuable understanding of land records and property documentation.
- Knowledge of DCPR / UDCPR, FSI, TDR and development regulations.
- Strong research, coordination, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
LL.B., Civil Engineering, Architecture, MBA/Real Estate or relevant qualification preferred.

Preferred Background

Candidates from Real Estate Developers, SRA/Redevelopment Consultants, Liaison/Approval Consultants, Land Acquisition or Property Research firms will be preferred.

Candidates with only property brokerage experience and no practical exposure to property research, SRA/redevelopment or licensing work will not be suitable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
