Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to drive student admissions and support the branch’s marketing initiatives. The role involves generating leads, developing relationships with nearby schools, conducting field marketing activities, following up with prospective students and parents, and achieving assigned admission targets.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, confident, target-oriented, and willing to travel within and around Tiruvallur for school visits and outdoor marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve monthly and annual admission targets assigned by the Branch Manager.

* Generate new leads and convert prospective students into admissions.

* Develop and maintain professional relationships with nearby schools, school management, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders.

* Conduct regular school visits, parent interactions, student outreach, and promotional activities.

* Identify opportunities for school tie-ups, seminars, counselling sessions, scholarship exams, and other academic promotional activities.

* Plan and execute outdoor marketing activities such as school campaigns, awareness drives, events, promotional stalls, leaflet distribution, and other local activities.

* Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and personal visits to ensure maximum conversion.

* Explain Aakash courses, programs, scholarship opportunities, academic benefits, and admission processes to students and parents.

* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.

* Regularly update the Branch Manager on lead generation, follow-up status, school visits, and admission performance.

* Work closely with the Branch Manager, Academic Director, Counselling and Marketing teams to achieve branch admission objectives.





* Support the branch in conducting seminars, workshops, scholarship examinations, open houses, PTMs, promotional events, and admission campaigns.

* Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market feedback to the Branch Manager.

* Explore new schools, local communities, and other potential sources for student leads.

* Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned leads and maintain a healthy admission funnel.

* Participate in weekend and special promotional activities whenever required.

* Perform other sales and marketing activities assigned by the Branch Manager.

Sales & Performance Expectations

* Achievement of assigned monthly admission targets.

* Consistent lead generation and follow-up.

* Conversion of qualified leads into admissions.

* Regular school visits and field activities.

* Strong relationship building with schools and parents.

* Accurate and timely reporting of sales activities.

Requirements

* Any Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Prior experience in sales, education sales, field marketing, or admissions counselling will be preferred.

* Excellent communication and convincing skills.

* Strong sales orientation and target-driven approach.

* Willingness to travel locally for school visits and marketing activities.

* Two-wheeler is mandatory.

* Valid driving licence required.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and lead management is preferred.

* Candidates should be proactive, energetic, and comfortable working in the field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
