We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive with knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads to manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct basic keyword and audience research.
- Create and test different ad copies, creatives, and targeting strategies.
- Track daily/weekly campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and reduce ad costs.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for marketing creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and advertising trends.

Requirements

- Basic to valuable knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.




- Understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, conversions, and campaign optimization.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to research, analyze data, and make improvements.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Experience: 1-3 years; freshers with relevant knowledge can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
