Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with hands-on experience in building construction, office interior works, plumbing and electrical coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is completed as planned.
- Allocate daily work to workers and monitor their attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers for smooth site operations.
- Check construction, civil, interior, and installation work as per drawings and instructions.
- Monitor the quality and finishing of work and arrange corrections wherever required.
- Check materials received at the site and ensure proper usage, storage, and minimum wastage.
- Identify material requirements and inform the concerned person for timely procurement.
- Monitor work progress and report completed, pending, and delayed activities to management.
- Maintain daily site reports, labor details, work progress, and site photographs.




- Ensure assigned work is completed within the planned schedule and required quality standards.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD - Preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant site experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Two-wheeler with driving License required.
