About the Role

OneRoot is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create visually appealing designs that promote our agricultural products, farmer-focused initiatives, spices business, and brand identity. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop engaging visual content for both digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Create graphics for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and brand promotions.
- Develop creative visuals for farmer awareness programs and agricultural initiatives.
- Design packaging concepts, product labels, and branding materials for spices and agricultural commodities.
- Create infographics, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Work closely with the content creation and digital marketing teams.




- Ensure consistency in OneRoot's branding across all communication channels.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and promotional creatives.
- Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools.
- Robust creativity and visual storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to create engaging designs for social media and digital platforms.
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of agricultural, FMCG, or startup branding is an added advantage.
