Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other sources.
- Understand clients’ property requirements, preferences, and budgets.
- Present and explain property projects, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and other details to prospective customers.
- Arrange and conduct property/site visits for interested clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and update lead status.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, site visits, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and developments in the local real estate market.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, property sales, banking, insurance, automobile, or a related sales field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and property/site visits.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
